• Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, local rules regarding during lockdowns and restrictions are subject to change due to Government action, which may cause the delivery of some shipments to be affected.

 

• Order processing time is 0 to 48 hours. Our orders are normally delivered between 5-7 business days once shipped. However, timelines may be shorter or longer depending on the destination and size of an order and deliverable in your area.

• Damakdam guarantees to ship your favorite t-shirts to you and will place your Order on hold to send to you the moment these restrictions are lifted. It is however important to note that if lockdown restrictions are placed after the Order has been shipped, then the shipment will be held at the destination by the courier until the lockdown is lifted and the item becomes deliverable.

• We believe in being transparent and we take flat 50 Rs fee as flat shipping charge.

• We ship using only the most dependable & well-known couriers.

• Our orders are normally delivered between 6 to 9 business days. However, timelines may be shorter or longer depending on the destination and size of an order.

• All orders are totally trackable, with tracking information sent automatically to you on both, the email address & mobile number provided by you during Checkout.

• Please make sure that you provide the correct email address & phone number with your order to receive regular status reports on product dispatch & shipment updates.

• Once you have received your Airway Bill/Tracking No., please visit the website of the courier company and opt-in to receive automatic updates after inputting your Tracking No.

• Delivery in India is normally attempted a maximum of 3 times by our logistics partners before it is marked undeliverable and returned to us.

• Most courier delivery personnel will call you up to ensure your availability before attempting delivery. Please make sure to correctly phone number and email at the time of Checkout.

• In most instances, the customer is additionally contacted to ensure that the order has been successfully received.
