The product artwork will be digitally printed to perfection in appx. A4 Size (210mm x 297mm) on our premium, regular fit 100% Cotton Damakdam branded tees that you know and love.

All DTG product is made to order and is typically processed in 2-3 working days. Your entire order will ship out together.

Shipping Policy

Order processing time is 0 to 48 hours. Our orders are normally delivered between 5-7 business days once shipped. However, timelines may be shorter or longer depending on the destination and size of an order and deliverable in your area.
Damakdam guarantees to ship your favorite t-shirts to you and will place your Order on hold to send to you the moment these restrictions are lifted. It is however important to note that if lockdown restrictions are placed after the Order has been shipped, then the shipment will be held at the destination by the courier until the lockdown is lifted and the item becomes deliverable.
We believe in being transparent and we take flat 50 Rs fee as flat shipping charge.
We ship using only the most dependable & well-known couriers.
Our orders are normally delivered between 6 to 9 business days. However, timelines may be shorter or longer depending on the destination and size of an order.
All orders are totally trackable, with tracking information sent automatically to you on both, the email address & mobile number provided by you during Checkout.
Please make sure that you provide the correct email address & phone number with your order to receive regular status reports on product dispatch & shipment updates.
Once you have received your Airway Bill/Tracking No., please visit the website of the courier company and opt-in to receive automatic updates after inputting your Tracking No.
Delivery in India is normally attempted a maximum of 3 times by our logistics partners before it is marked undeliverable and returned to us.
Most courier delivery personnel will call you up to ensure your availability before attempting delivery. Please make sure to correctly phone number and email at the time of Checkout.
In most instances, the customer is additionally contacted to ensure that the order has been successfully received.
We request you to ensure that all your contact details, including name, postal address, email address and phone number are properly & correctly input into our systems. This simple act ensures an almost certain delivery every time.

Return Policies

You can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email on connect@damakdam.com
We will gladly replace or accept returns if the product is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong items. Products are only eligible for return within 5 days of delivery.
If eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
If you have received a defective product, send us images at connect@damakdam.com and we will get back to you on next steps.
Make to order/DTG printed t-shirts are exclusively crafted for you once you place your order. This also means that we can only offer you an exchange if your item was not shipped exactly as ordered (i.e. the precise size, color, quality and print chosen at the time of ordering) and these orders will not be eligible for return or refund.
Colors as seen on your respective phone, laptop, desktop, television and other screens are always at a slight variance with real life colors. Please note that very slight variations from the photography on the site / social media, in lightness, saturation, +1.5/-1.5 inches deviation from relative displayed print size, are all excepted from this.
We do not offer refunds. However, we guarantee replacements in case of manufacturing defects and / or deviation from exact order specifications.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For returns or exchanges, please send us an email at connect@damakdam.com with your proof of purchase, pictures of the product and we will be happy to exchange the same. All requested replacements will incur shipping charges.
If return is confirmed from customer experience team, you will have to courier the product in it's original packaging with all the original tags attached to address confirmed by customer experience team since we do not have reverse picking facility yet.
We recommend you using India Speed Post for the returning the product to us.
Cost for returning product will be bourn by customer.
