We will gladly replace or accept returns if the product is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong items. Products are only eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
If eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. Make to order/DTG printed tshirts are exclusively crafted for you once you place your order. This also means that we can only offer you an exchange if your item was not shipped exactly as ordered (i.e. the precise size, colour, quality and print chosen at the time of ordering) and these orders will not be eligible for return or refund.
Colours as seen on your respective phone, laptop, desktop, television and other screens are always at a slight variance with real life colours. Please note that very slight variations from the photography on the site / social media, in lightness, saturation, +1.5/-1.5 inches deviation from relative displayed print size, are all excepted from this.
We do not offer refunds. However, we guarantee replacements in case of manufacturing defects and / or deviation from exact order specifications.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
