Make to order/DTG printed tshirts are exclusively crafted for you once you place your order. This also means that we can only offer you an exchange if your item was not shipped exactly as ordered (i.e. the precise size, colour, quality and print chosen at the time of ordering) and these orders will not be eligible for return or refund.
Colours as seen on your respective phone, laptop, desktop, television and other screens are always at a slight variance with real life colours. Please note that very slight variations from the photography on the site / social media, in lightness, saturation, +1.5/-1.5 inches deviation from relative displayed print size, are all excepted from this.
We do not offer refunds. However, we guarantee replacements in case of manufacturing defects and / or deviation from exact order specifications.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
